Conference Attendees:
We are expecting between 250 and 300 participants at this event from more than twenty different countries. The Global e-Learning 2001 Summit is focused on large scale corporate, government, and education institutional buyers of e-Learning, knowledge management, and digital collaboration solutions who are interested in global implementations. This opportunity will be best for e-Learning vendors that either already have a global focus or expect to soon be scaling globally. The demographic for the pre-conference on May 17th (e-Learning, Knowledge Management and Digital Collaboration: Trends, Technologies and Opportunities) will be comprised of approximately 75% local Vancouver buyers and 25% international attendees (many attendees of the Global e-Learning 2001 Summit will also be attending the pre-conference). The majority of participants at the pre-conference will be focused on new buyers who are about to implement an e-Learning, knowledge management or digital collaboration project but who need more background on the industry, technology and vendor offerings or existing managers of e-Learning projects looking to make improvements and buy associated tools. Sponsors will get excellent exposure to these buyers / decision makers.
What makes this event special?
There are
lots of e-Learning conferences and events -- we. ve been to most of them over the past two years -- but we have found that many events are simply vendors talking to other vendors or have scattered themes, advertorial presentations and poor content. Many of the buyers are just "window shopping" and many are smaller, regional companies without large budgets. At the end of the day, few large contracts are secured. We. ve designed the Global e-Learning 2001 Summit to ensure that the experience is highly rewarding for both the e-Learning buyers and the sellers. We have excellent, focused presentations from world-class speakers on hot topics of interest that have attracted participation by large e-Learning buyers. We also have some of the leading e-Learning companies participating to present their solutions in the vendor presentation section and through display tables in our exhibition area.
Finally, Whistler is an ideal location for encouraging informal networking with the decision makers important to you. There will be a number of outdoor and evening activities along with interactive panels and themed lunch and dinner tables planned to help you effectively network with the right people.
We
believe that our attendees are amongst the best e-Learning buyer prospects you will find . our sponsorship rates are also reasonable and provide excellent value as we want to encourage a critical mass of vendors to provide useful presentations and exhibits of their offerings to interested e-Learning buyers. But space is limited, especially for our vendor presentations portion of the conference so you won. t want to delay!

addition to the direct exposure you will receive as a sponsor at our event, you will also receive extensive exposure through our marketing of the Global e-Learning 2001 Summit. We are marketing this event through print ads, on-line banner ads and email marketing (to our database of more than 20,000 global e-Learning contacts) and through media sponsors. We will have over 1,000,000 impressions. You won. t want to delay! The sooner you sponsor, the sooner your name will be included as part of our event marketing message.
