17th-19th.
Please fill in this brief form to begin the sponsorship registration process (we will contact you after receiving your submission to answer any questions, confirm details and arrange to sign contract). You can link to the rates and associated entitlements information from the Sponsorship Type Selected section of the form below. Please Note: You are not obligated to become a sponsor until you have signed the sponsorship contract. This sponsorship registration form is simply the first step. We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your sponsorship submission to finalize sponsorship details and to send you the sponsorship contract.
Availability and Early-bird Deadline
As space and sponsorship availability are limited, sponsorships will be
provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Our early-bird sponsorship rate
deadline is April 17th, 2001; however, sponsorships may sell out
before this time. Fifty-percent of your sponsorship fee is due upon signing of
sponsorship contract, 25% is due thirty-days before the event (April 17th, 2001) and the remaining 25% is due within seven days of the
event (May 10, 2001).
Payment can be made by cheque or money order payable to Zoom eLearning
Networks Inc. or with credit card. Upon submission of this form, we will contact you to confirm and will send a contract
for you to sign.
